Business Administrator (Full-Time)

A Woman’s Choice is looking to fill a new position for the ministry of a full-time Business Administrator. The purpose of the Business Administrator is to manage finances, oversee business operations, manage building needs, and support the Executive Director with HR duties and other business-related needs. Qualifications include but are not limited to: experience and proficiency with QuickBooks REQUIRED; experience in administration and familiarity with bookkeeping, accounting, email, and word processing, spreadsheet design and database management; the ability to learn new programs as needed; effective communication, multi-tasking and organizational skills, initiative, and leadership.

Teen Impact Summer Staff Program Coordinator (Part-Time/Seasonal Only)

A Woman’s Choice is looking to fill a summer position (8-weeks) to be responsible for transporting and chaperoning high school students participating in IMPACT Summer Staff Program. 
Qualifications include but are not limited to: being 25 years of age or older, maintaining a good driving record and reliable transportation. (Individual will need to get to A Woman’s Choice, but then will drive the company’s van.) Public speaking and communication skills; ability to plan and coordinate activities for the students; and represent the IMPACT Program and A Woman’s Choice in a professional manner.

Communication Intern (Part-Time/Non-Commission)

A Woman’s Choice is looking for a Communication Intern to grow our Client Facing social media, and to support the Communication & Outreach Specialist with marketing. Ideally this individual is in their junior or senior year of college and can give up to 150hours this semester with a flexible schedule. Task include but are not limited to; creating a PR Campaign for our Mobile Medical Clinic, oversee the PR 
Campaign for our Mobile Medical Clinic, Writing/Graphic Design to develop patient Instagram accounts.
